Parthajeet Sarma

Parthajeet Sarma is a writer, award-winning innovator and entrepreneur. He likes to spread knowledge by way of training courses that he conducts and also consults corporate organisations by helping such organisations align their profitability with the real wants and needs of their employees. His new book is titled “The Rich Labourer” and is about a simple problem solving technique called the 3P Method.

He first set up iDream, an innovation consultancy. iDream has also conceptualised Gallopper, an ecosystem which celebrates design as the core in business transformation. A fan of free markets and technology, he likes writing and talking about holistic approaches towards addressing ‘base of the pyramid’ issues. After a degree in Architecture from Sir J J College of Architecture, Mumbai, an MBA changed Parthajeet’s perspective towards the building industry. Parthajeet devotes ample time towards R&D in the industry. Such research, often done with international knowledge partners, yields award winning products and services. He is the joint winner of The Economic Times’ ‘Power of Ideas’ 2012 for the project ‘Ideal Choice Homes’, besides other awards. he has been featured across various electronic and print media including CNBC TV-18’s “Young Turks“. Well travelled, Parthajeet captures candid shots on his camera. He often pens down his thoughts, as writing brings clarity to most thoughts. Before his second book The Rich Labourer, Parthajeet wrote Smart Phones Dumb People, which encouraged youngsters in the path towards social innovation. Parthajeet is a regular speaker at industry forums, literary meets as well as in educational institutions.
